Import Manager: WHMCS inactive clients are imported as active clients

          Description

          When importing from WHMCS, clients that are inactive in WHMCS are imported into Blesta as active clients. Instead, these clients should be imported as inactive in Blesta.

          If tblclients.status="Inactive" then they should be imported into Blesta clients.status="inactive".

          WHMCS has 3 statuses for clients "Active", "Inactive", "Closed". Inactive and Closed should both translate to "inactive" in Blesta.
