          Description

          The Portal/CMS plugin has been moved recently to GitHub to make easier for users to contribute to the code base. The build process must be updated to fetch the plugin from now onwards from GitHub.

            There is a PR on the Github repository also that needs to be reviewed and merged. We should try to do that at least before 5.12 final.
