It's not possible to remove line items from quotes.

          Description

          To reproduce:

          PHP 8.3

          1. Create a quote with multiple line items under a client profile page.
          2. Save as Draft
          3. Edit and delete some line items. Save as Draft or Save (pending).
          4. Edit quote again and note that the line items are still present.

          Note: The info log logs what SHOULD be saved, but it is not. There are no errors.
