Plesk: Update Log in link to use SSO and add it to the Management page

          Description

          The "Log In" link in the expand area for Plesk authenticates using the username/password as stored. Update this link to use SSO.

          Additionally, add a management link to Log In also "Log in to Plesk". See CORE-4162 for how this was done for cPanel, it should appear similarly.
