Namesilo: Display an info box on DNS Management and Email Forwarding management if name servers do not match

          Description

          The DNS Management and Email Forwarding features in Namesilo will not work if the name servers are not using at least 2 of the 3: ns1.dnsowl.com, ns2.dnsowl.com, ns3.dnsowl.com

          If the domain is not using at least 2 of these 3 name servers (AND NO OTHERS), display an information box at the top of both of these management pages that say:

          "This feature requires that the domain use the following name servers: ns1.dnsowl,com, ns2.dnsowl.com, and ns3.dnsowl.com."
