Order: When ordering a domain with hosting the coupon cannot be applied in the order summary

          Description

          To reproduce:

          • Configure a free domain with hosting
          • Configure a coupon for 1 year of hosting

          Place an order for a free domain with 1 year of hosting. On the 1st screen after selecting the hosting plan, try to enter a coupon into the Order Summary box. The coupon is not accepted. If you continue to the next step, you may enter the coupon then.

          However, if you skip ordering a domain and order hosting only, the coupon code is accepted in the Order Summary box.
