Support Manager: Display staff titles in the admin area also

          Description

          When staff have a custom title set under Support > Staff: Edit, their title no longer appears as "Support Staff" but as the title entered in the client area. The staff area still shows "Support Staff". Update the staff area so that the correct title is shown below the staff user's Gravatar image in ticket replies.
