Renew date tooltip in admin area client profile services widget doesn't appear

          Description

          • Create a service
          • Pay the invoice
          • Login as client
          • Manually renew
          • Go to profile as admin
          • See tooltip '?' next to the renew date
          • Hover over and see that nothing appears

          note that this does work in billing > services
