Description
The Package Revenue report (Billing > Reports) includes revenue by Package, as you would expect. However, some want to know what revenue is not from a particular package. The transaction report isn't that helpful because it tells us how much revenue there was, but we get no sense how total revenue breaks down between Packages and manual invoices.
We should first see if this is feasible. The idea is to include a final line item in the Package Revenue report for "Non-Packages". Basically, all invoice revenue that is not associated with a Package.
It may be that we'll have to come up with a new report, rather than modifying this one.
Is this doable?
