Make recovery email a field that can be disabled under Required Client Fields

          Description

          Clients are presented with a Recovery Email field when registering. This field should be able to be hidden under /admin/settings/company/clientoptions/requiredfields/

          Update Required Client Fields to add the Recovery Email field so that it can be disabled.
