Description
To reproduce:
1. Configure a TLD to use Logicboxes
2. Add a domain but do not select any options (DNS Management, ID Protection). In fact, in testing these options were not configured for the currency and did not appear during checkout. Not sure that matters.
3. Click to Manage the domain, and Edit as a Service.
4. Change anything, like setting a price override. Uncheck "Use Module"
5. Notice that on save the error "Privacy Protection not Purchased" appears, returned from Logicboxes.
The module shouldn't be called in this way when "Use Module" is unchecked. If we are checking order id or something else that's ok, but we should be able to save regardless of what the API returns when "Use Module" is not checked.
