Description
To reproduce:
1. Install a registrar but don't configure it
2. Create a domain
3. Manage the domain and use "change registrar" to switch it to the unconfigured registrar
4. Manage the domain again, and see
Attempt to read property "module_id" on bool on line 603 in ...\plugins\domains\controllers\admin_main.php
Now this is of course because it was not configured, but it puts the domain in a state that is unrecoverable through the interface. Really we shouldn't be showing unconfigure registrars (those without a module row)
