Domains: May select "None" module when changing registrar

          Description

          From a client:

          Hmm, I have now retested on a new Blesta installation without WHMCS import. Created a Client and created a Domain with Generic Domains. Afterwards I changed registrar to Namecheap (Not my Module!).

          Getting this error again
