Config option logic - select default when current value is hidden

          Description

          This applies to radio options and dropdowns. If we have a value selected, but then option logic hides/disables it, currently we select the LAST item in the list to be newly selected.

          At the very least we want to select the first item rather than the last, but even better is to select the default for the config option if one is set.
