Description
On the department select "5 Minutes" for Automatically Send Feedback Reminder. Close a ticket as staff. Wait at least 5 minutes and run the cron. No feedback reminder email is sent although the task appears to run:
Attempting plugin cron for support_manager send_feedback_reminders.
Finished plugin cron for support_manager send_feedback_reminders.
A reminder will be sent iff:
1. The ticket was created AFTER enabling feedback reminders
2. The ticket was created for the correct department
3. The ticket was closed at least "reminder interval" minutes ago
I suspect the first condition is the issue here
