Domain Manager: Update the renew date so that it's calculated consistent with services

          Description

          In CORE-2612 we updated the renew date clients see in the client area based on whether they have paid any outstanding invoices, but I don't believe we have updated the Domains widget in the client area to show the same renew date we would for services based on CORE-2612.
