Amazon S3 vendor code update not shipping with Blesta

          Description

          In CORE-5238 we updated the Amazon S3 integration, but it appears to have never been tagged. We're pulling in tag 0.6.0 which is the latest tag. We need to tag the release and if necessary, update composer.json to pull in the correct version.
