v6 Client profile fixes - Widgets

          Description

          • widget button icons and borders are all lighter than the design
          • widget expand/contact is the wrong color and doesn't work
          • add buttons are not primary links
          • column headers are wrong font size (sortability is missing from the design)
          • filter button is not working
          • bulk action check all doesn't check all unless loading the actual widget url
          • The coloration on the bulk action are is weird
          • bulk action check box doesn't open bulk actions unless loading the actual widget url (it also doesn't work in the design)
          • rows are not expanding

            Note!

            • You mention widget button icons/borders lighter than design, I'm not sure I see that. The icon in the filter button is lighter, and I believe a fix is pending in another PR. That's a wider CSS change
            • Widget expand/contract color looks right to me, unless I'm missing something
            • Column headers match other column headers, unless I'm missing something
            • I couldn't tell if sortability was due to table columns which works. The widgets themselves though cannot be sorted but this task is getting too big so I created a new task for widget sorting in CORE-5729
            • Bulk actions look right to me. If the issue is with the field colors being dark on blue and of inconsistent size, I think we should address this is a wider CSS update.
