Description
- on add/edit the details section should follow the pattern of the "Notes" section on client-invoice-edit.html
- Sticky notes are very difficult to unstick. The option appears/disappears unreliably. Paul mentioned the design doesn't display notes here but rather in the topbar through toast notifications. I can't find that so ask him
- delete icon is wrong color in list
- Double success message on edit

Fix notes detail section and increase height of textarea. Fix delete icon, fix expand area to improve look and work on different pages of pagination. Fixed double success message. Also moved sticky notes from the top of the client profile to the top-bar to match the design. They use toast notifications on click per the design. Sticky notes can be unstuck from the toast notification.

Sticky notes need to be moved from the top of the client profile page to the pinned-notes-icon pin icon in the top-bar.
