The card number formed does not appear for stripe payments
The card number form for authorized.net has no padding above it
The list page does not use action icons the list page note about locally stored payments has no padding around it
The list page in general does not look anything like the design
the design is a bit confusing to me it's not obvious at 1st that the payment account is being selected for auto debit this may be because the buttons for autodate selection and adding a new account use the same styles
Payment account deletion uses a default JavaScript alert box instead of a blast a confirmation model
The design is missing the settings gear on the payment account list page
