Table uses a stripe design rather than monochromatic with hover highlights used elsewhere
The date received field is squished this is the case in almost everywhere else I remember a similar issue showing up with widgets it was resolved there but we may need to follow a new pattern for these fields to prevent this issue this appears to be a global issue
