v6 Client profile fixes - Last seen caching

          Description

          We cache the sidebar now, but in CORE-5709 we clear the cache when editing a client or using the toggles... but we have a "Last seen [date]" with tooltip for the date/time at the bottom of the sidebar. This may need to ajax fetch the information, perhaps even every minute or so so that it is accurate and not hours old due to caching.
