Generic Domains: Better handling when dates are missing from a whois sync

      Description

The Generic Domains module sync'd registration and expiration dates using a whois library. The problem is that some TLDs like '.ae' do not return any dates in their whois output. So the question is, how are we handling this when the dates are missing?

It's reported that the expiration date becomes the date created for the domain, so even when manually changed it reverts to date created.

A better solution might be to bump the expiration date based on the renew date, even though we have no visibility.
