Description
Support Manager ticket.code value should be varchar instead of int.
In addition, we should add a setting to control the format of support ticket codes.
Flags:
%n - a number
%y - a 4-digit year
%m - a 2-digit month
%d - a 2-digit day
%c - a lower case character (a-z)
%C - an upper case character (A-Z)
Examples:
%n%n%n%n%n%n = 6-digit number
ABC%n%n%n%n = ABC followed by a 4-digit number
%y%m%n%n%n = 4-digit year, 2-digit month followed by 3 numbers
