SolusVM: Add check for libxml extension on install

          Description

          SolusVM uses SimpleXML to parse XML responses, but it does not have an install() method that displays an error if the extension is not available.

          Add SolusVM::install(), similar to Plesk, that checks whether SimpleXML is installed, and displays an error if it's not.
