Add quantity and price to service information when managing a service

          Description

          When managing a service in the bootstrap interface, the Recurring Amount doesn't show quantity, and any configurable options don't either.

          The Recurring Amount should always show the quantity, e.g. "1x $15.95 USD", while the configurable options may or may not show a quantity depending on whether a qty is set.
