Description
Updated the users table to add a status column with options for 'active' and 'inactive'. We need to be able to at least manually change a user to inactive and prevent them from logging in. Ideally, they should be logged out too.
We could also have exports and other functionality ignore this user for any definitions they may have translated. That could be a new option, or tied into the fact they are inactive.
