Updating extension version does not mark it 'Recently Updated'

          Description

          After updating a listing to add a new version, the "Recently Updated" section on the homepage does not show the listing back up at the top.

          We should consider other updates to the listing in making it appear as Recently Updated, such as adding/updating a version, adding screenshots, etc.
