Allow company to be saved for payment accounts

          Description

          Company field is displayed when creating/editing an ACH/CC payment account in the client interface, but is not saved for the account.

          1. Company should be saved for the account
          2. Company should be passed to the payment gateway
          3. Company should appear as a field in the admin interface for adding/editing an ACH/CC payment account.
          4. Select "Copy Contact Information From" should also copy company name into the form.

          From above, #1, 2, 4 also apply to the Order plugin.

            accounts_cc and accounts_ach will need a new field for company name, so that the company name can be stored.
