GUI Installer: Add an option to refresh the requirements check page

          Description

          When installing Blesta and displaying a failing set of requirements, there should be an option to refresh the requirements check. Alternatively, we may want to AJAX refresh that automatically if anything has failed.

          Users will correct any issues on their server, and come back to the installer.
