Invoice recurring amount may not consider applicable taxes and setup fees properly for services

          Description

          When a service has a setup fee, that setup fee is included in recurring payment amounts, such as with PayPal subscriptions, due to the way the amounts are calculated.

          Similarly, taxes do not appear to be included in the recurring amount.
