CCAvenue: Latest API update not backward compatible; causes gateway to not process requests properly

          Description

          According to those using CCAvenue, CCAvenue have updated their API and did not maintain backward compatibility, thus causing issues with those using the API, including our current gateway.

          Since the API documentation is not publically available, we need a CCAvenue user to provide is with the latest copy.
