Description
CORE-351 added prorated upgrades/downgrades, however it does not consider a recurring coupon which may be attached to the service.
If the coupon is valid for the existing package, and also valid for the package being upgraded or downgraded to, then consider the discount achieved by the coupon when calculating the prorated amount for the upgrade/downgrade.
