Invoice PDFs may not be displayed in the client's language

    Details

    • Type: Bug
    • Status: Closed
    • Priority: Major
    • Resolution: Fixed
    • Affects Version/s: 3.4.0
    • Fix Version/s: 3.4.1, 3.5.0-b1
    • Component/s: None
    • Labels:
      None

      Description

When an invoice is attached to an email and sent via cron, the PDF utilizes the system's default language rather than the client's default language. This is also the case when downloading invoices from the Print Queue, or when an admin sends a set of invoices specifically to a given email address.

The invoice PDF should always be displayed in the client's default language, except when an admin goes to view an invoice from the admin interface himself, in which case it is displayed in his (the company's) language.

Comment [ The invoice PDF will now always be in the client's default currency, except if the admin chooses to view the invoice from the client profile page himself, in which case it will be in the company's default language. ]
