Description
When a contact responds to a ticket, the clients name is displayed in the staff interface when viewing the ticket. If possible, the contacts name and gravatar should be displayed in the left column when the contact replies instead so that it's obvious to staff which person they are communicating with.
Additionally, the heading should be updated to include the contacts name.
Instead of:
On May 14 2015 11:43 AM Client Name replied
It should say:
On May 14 2015 11:43 AM Contact Name replied
If indeed it was a contact that replied to the ticket and not the client.
