Order: Coupon 'redeem' button missing language

          Description

          The AJAX/Wizard order templates are missing a language definition shown next to the coupon entry field as the submit button. The button currently only shows the refresh icon, but should also say "Redeem".

          It appears the language definition is set to be used for AJAX/Wizard, but are simply not defined.
