Select tab representing default language for HTML/Text sections

          Description

          Affects:

          • Email Template pages (edit)
          • Package Welcome Emails (add/edit)
          • Company Invoice Customization settings
          • Support Manager KnowledgeBase articles (add/edit)

          Each of these sections breaks HTML/Text content down into tabs for each language. By default, the first tab is shown rather than the tab representing the default system language (or default staff language).

          The default language should be the selected tab by default.
