Package welcome email text content can appear in wrong language during copying

          Description

          When using multiple languages, copying a package can lead to a display issue where English welcome email content appears as the German welcome email content instead of the English, for example.

          I haven't been able to duplicate the issue so far, but we can take a look.

            The package being copied must not have email content saved for one of the supported languages in order for this to occur.
