SupportManager: Missing error language definition when deleting a category

          Description

          When deleting a knowledgebase category that contains articles, it is possible that this action may fail if the articles do not also belong to another category. An error message should be shown, but shows a blank error modal instead.

          The language definition for this error should be added.
