Multicraft: Unable to order a service if owner cannot set server name

          Description

          The setting "Owner can set name" controls whether the customer can set the Minecraft server name via Multicraft. If unchecking this setting on the package, customers are unable finish configuring and ordering a server from the order form due to the error, "Please set a name for the server."

          The rule validation may need to be updated to fallback to the default name set for the package if the server name may not be set.
