Always display a record payment option when making payment for a client

          Description

          When you make a payment under a client profile page, and you are paying a specific invoice or invoices you get an option to "Record Payment for Invoice #xx, instead".

          This allows you to quickly and easily record payment instead of making payment.

          When making a payment without specifying any particular invoice, this option does not exist at all.

          Instead, the link should always exist, except that it should just say "Record Payment instead", when making a payment for a non-specific invoice.
