The Mass Mailer should allow for filtering by client:
Client Options
- Client Group (Multi-Select, select all by default)
- Language (Multi-Select, select all by default)
- Status (Multi- Select, select "Active" by default)
- Member Since (2 dates, a beginning and ending date range)
- Contacts (Primary, Billing, <Custom Types>)
