Mass Mailer: Add cron jobs

          Description

          The Mass Mailer should instal itself with two cron jobs:
          1. Export CSV

          • Builds a CSV when run

          2. Send Mail

          • Builds and sends an email when run

          This task only creates the cron tasks for future use, it does not implement them.
