Update WYSIWYG (CKEditor) to latest version

          Description

          Some improvements have been made with the WYSIWYG editor we use, ckeditor. Update ckeditor to the latest version.

          Given that v4+ ships with the new FOUR theme, which makes fewer use of gradients, it may make sense to use a flat theme for ckeditor (like http://ckeditor.com/addon/bootstrapck)

          Some new features of ckeditor that could be useful now or in the future:

          • Advanced image support
          • Inline editing
          • Full page editing
