Create new page in the client interface for referrals.
Create a list page with the following columns:
- Order # (The calculated order number)
- Service # (The calculated service number)
- Name
- Amount
- Currency
- Commission
- Date Added
This page should be tabbed by status and sorted by date_added by default.
There is already a link in the affiliate sidebar nav that should link to this page.
