          Description

          Paysera payment gateway. I believe this would be a non-merchant. See https://developers.paysera.com/

          There are multiple integration options, the one we want is:
          Paysera Checkout (via Bank Links)

          https://developers.paysera.com/en/checkout/basic

          Another API integration that was suggested to either be included in this, or potentially implemented at another time is PIS (Payment Initiation Service). If that integration should be implemented as a separate gateway, then for the purpose of this task we can focus on Paysera Checkout only.
