Allow a default option to be specified for custom client fields

          Description

          A default option for custom client fields should be allowed to be set.

          For the type drop down, allow a radio button to be selected, the top being none. See screenshot.

          For the type check box, allow a check box to be selected for one or more items in a similar way.

          For text and text area, accept information.

          If it's not visible to clients, when a client orders, this default information should be populated.
