SolusVM: Allow the service fields to be changed by staff on service manage

          Description

          Display and allow the vserver id to be set/changed by staff under SolusVM Options.

          Also display and allow the following options to be changed:

          Virtualization Type:
          Node:
          Main IP Address:
          Hostname:

          Review all other service meta data we collect, as it may be necessary to include additional fields.

          Staff need to be able to link an existing VPS to a service if it is being added to Blesta retroactively. They will also need to be able to change this information if the VPS is renamed or moved to another node.

            It only makes sense to allow the virtual server Id to be changed at this time. That field is now added.
