      Description

Add a "Copy" link between Edit and Delete, to read "Edit, Copy, Delete" next to packages. Clicking Copy takes you to the create package screen and pre-populates all of the data from the package being cloned. The package may then be created.

This will greatly simplify the process of creating new packages that are very similar to an existing.

This would be "Copy" rather than "Clone". It would take you to an Add Package page, pre-filled with the same details set from the copied package.
