Editing a package sometimes results in an error message about missing pricing terms when no pricing terms have been removed

          Description

          It's possible this error occurs for packages who historically had other pricing terms that were in use and removed.

          The result is that editing the package now and changing any other option results in this error anyway. This effectively makes packages affected by this un-editable.

          As discussed, the system should only be checking against current package pricing options.
